THE PROCESS
Chiropractic, like all natural processes inherent in nature, evolution and the human body, requires time to achieve optimal and lasting results.
Each person and each body are unique, since none of us is the same as another. From the moment we are born, we live through physical, chemical and emotional experiences that shape us and determine how we grow and evolve throughout life.
As we progress, these accumulated experiences influence our development, and define us to this day. Each one of us has a personal story, full of unique experiences and learning.
However, it is important to keep in mind that some of these experiences can be damaging or harmful to our bodies. When they accumulate, they can become stressors (physical, chemical and/or emotional).
I want to understand the uniqueness of your story, your reality and your goals. I am here to understand you and help you in your process in the best possible way.

CARE PLAN
1
INITIAL PHASE
The chiropractic care plan is established with the goal of helping the body adapt and respond to the adjustments made during the sessions. In the beginning, it is common to schedule more frequent sessions, since the body has established patterns that must be gradually modified. This will allow us to take advantage of the body's ability to adapt and respond positively to chiropractic adjustments
2
REVISION
Once the body is adapting to the initial changes, we will carry out a review to reassess the situation and adapt the frequency of the sessions according to the specific needs of each person.
3
STABILITY PHASE
The stability phase in chiropractic care is a stage in which we have managed to correct imbalances and improve the function of the body. During this phase, our main focus is to maintain and strengthen the results obtained over time.
"Chiropractic can be a lifelong tool"
It is important to keep in mind that our life is full of moments of physical, chemical and/or emotional stress. These moments can affect general health and well-being, as well as the alignment and function of our spine.
It is in these moments when we must be aware of the importance of using the tools available to us. Chiropractic can be one of those valuable tools for you.
Each person is unique, and the number of tools and frequency of chiropractic visits needed can vary based on life's challenges and the level of stress experienced. It is important to be attentive to our body's signals and seek the necessary support in times of greater stress, taking advantage of chiropractic as a valuable tool to help us maintain balance and promote our overall health.
